The project
Participation...Why?
- For a wider administrative transparency, to improve institutions and citizens’ attitude towards self responsibility, collective learning through the spreading and the sharing of information too many times not well-known enough from the people.
- To increase the effectiveness of the administrative action, supporting the political organs to define problems in a correct manner and through an appropriate analysis and to choose suitable solutions.
- To increase the efficiency of the administrative action, broadening the approval area to the choices of the administrations. The involvement of the citizens interested in the decision-making phase will avoid that such choices are going to be reconsidered later
Aims
- To define in an integrated way the participation processes.
- To promote a bigger participation of the citizens and the associations for what concerns the administration choices about issues and policies that turn out to be relevant for their interests.
- To promote in the administrations a new participation culture through the involvement of the administrators, pulling down any cultural and technological obstacle.
- To define, to test and to spread a methodology.
